Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We only refund items if they have missing parts for reasons due to our error. In this case, please contact us at info@sxeppa.shop.

We are not responsible for packages once they are picked up by our shipping carrier. That responsibility is now between the shipping carrier (UPS) and the customer. For claims and issues with the delivery of your package please contact your local UPS customer service provider. It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day its supposed to be delivered. 

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when ordering and contains right apartment number if necessary. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. Items stuck in transit are out of our control and need to be dealt with the shipping provider (UPS).

If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, your order will be refunded and restocked. We do not reship items.

Changing Shipping Address 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.

Am I able to cancel my order ?

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

How can I track my order ?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the recipient's country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. It is advisable to check with your local customs office for information on these fees before placing an international order.
