Returns

SXEPPA pairs are made to order and crafted specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final.

Final sale. Made to order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a size that does not fit. Please use the size guide before ordering; our pairs run true to size.

Defects and errors. If your pair arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, write to contact.sxeppa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

Statutory rights. Your legal rights as a consumer under applicable law remain unaffected.
